for a small form (r-9cm) you will need:
100g buckwheat flour (you can use any kind of flour, but buckwheat is gluten free and very healthy)
50g sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
50g butter or coconut oil
2 eggs
2 apples (one finely chopped and one sliced for decoration)
create a creamy dough by mixing all the ingredients thoroughly and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar before baking at 160° Celsius for about 45 minutes
